Job Summary:

Delft Printing Inc., Located in Lancaster NY, is Looking for a Graphic Designer/Pre-press Operator to join our team with 3+ years of experience. This role is responsible for preparing customer files for print, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficient workflow in a fast-paced print shop environment.

Responsibilities:

Review and prepare digital files for printing Check artwork for proper sizing, resolution, color setup, and formatting Operate prepress software and assist with file corrections when needed Communicate with customers and production staff regarding file issues or adjustments Set up print layouts, bleeds, and imposition files Maintain organized digital job files and production records Assist with proofing and quality control before production

Requirements:

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic understanding of print production processes and file preparation Ability to multitask and meet production deadlines Good communication and problem-solving skills Previous print shop or prepress experience preferred
