The job requires the use of a professional broadcast camera in a live environment. This is an exciting opportunity for energetic people looking to begin a career in the broadcasting industry. Training will be included in this entry level position. The candidate will need to take direction from the on-site Technical Director. This position is part time and seasonal at a Harness Racetrack in Columbus, Ohio. The live racing season currently underway and runs through Saturday September 19th. The general work schedule will consist of approximately 7 hour days and about 28 hours per week as follows:

In September:

Wednesday through Saturday plus Labor Day Monday 9/7 from 4:00 PM until 11:00 PM. Note no live racing on Wednesday 9/9.

In October :

Friday and Saturday 10/16, 10/17, 10/23, and 10/24 from 3:00 PM until Midnight. The starting rate of pay is $15.00 per hour for this position. The candidate will need to obtain an occupational license with the Ohio Racing Commission at the track.
