Brake Operator:

Sets up and operates Amada

HFE 1303 & HD 8020

according to specifications of work orders.

Overview of Responsibilities:

Review the schedule of jobs and execute plan within scheduled production time; report work via shop floor computer system.
Operates Brake Machine
Examines products for quality and makes adjustments as needed.
Performs routine preventative maintenance on Brake machines, including cleaning work area daily.
Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.

Experience and Education :

2+ years of experience
Must know basic math and how to use basic measuring equipment a ruler, tape measure.
Must have basic computer knowledge, shop floor computer systems a plus.
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to complete physical assessment
Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 pounds
Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive motions
