Brake Operator:

Sets up and operates Amada

HFE 1303 & HD 8020

according to specifications of work orders.

Overview of Responsibilities:

• Review the schedule of jobs and execute plan within scheduled production time; report work via shop floor computer system.
• Operates Brake Machine
• Examines products for quality and makes adjustments as needed.
• Performs routine preventative maintenance on Brake machines, including cleaning work area daily.
• Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.

Experience and Education :

• 2+ years of experience
• Must know basic math and how to use basic measuring equipment a ruler, tape measure.
• Must have basic computer knowledge, shop floor computer systems a plus.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to complete physical assessment
• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 pounds
• Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive motions
