Seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Fabrication professional to operate and program CNC press brake and fiber laser equipment. This role involves fabricating precision sheet metal components, interpreting blueprints, verifying tolerances, and ensuring high-quality production standards. Key Responsibilities:

Program and operate CNC press brake equipment Program and operate fiber laser cutting machines Laser cut, bend, form, and fabricate sheet metal components to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication layouts Measure, inspect, and verify completed parts meet required tolerances Utilize precision measuring instruments including calipers, angle gauges, optical comparators, and CMMs Understand and apply sheet metal bending principles and tolerances Assist with material handling, staging, and production support as needed Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

Qualifications:

Previous sheet metal fabrication experience required Experience operating or programming CNC press brakes and/or fiber laser equipment preferred Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and GD&T Strong mathematical and measurement skills Experience with quality inspection processes and precision measuring tools Comfortable using computers, touchscreens, and PC-based applications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness and ability to learn new equipment and programming processes

Preferred Experience:

CNC press brake programming and operation Fiber laser programming and operation Blueprint reading and fabrication layout interpretation Quality control and dimensional inspection

Pay Rate:

$18

•25/hour, depending on experience

Monday-Friday, 8 AM
