- 1st & 2nd Shifts - BROOKSVILLEHow would you like to work with one of the largest national staffing firms providing in the country? Our client is currently seeking experienced Press Brake Operators to join their production environment.

What We OfferFirst Shift:

M-F 6am-2: 30pm

Second Shift:

M-F 3pm-11: 30pmPay depending upon experience, Shift Differential for 2nd Shift Paid WeeklyFull Time, Some OT AvailableHealth BenefitsReferral ProgramFosters Upward Mobility SummaryThis position includes operating press brake on machine. Fits and fabricates structural steel, completes layout, and inspects finished product. Uses CNC controllers for input. Job DutiesOperates press break machine using all safety equipment and following all required proceduresRuns bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches.

Uses a CNC controller to input information into machine.

Adjusts ram and back gauge locations per process control instructions and blueprints.

Checks height, depth and thickness using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges, and other precision-measuring instruments.

Performs complex programming using all features of the press brake.

Works with tight tolerances.

Configures bend allowances for sheet metal (stainless, aluminum & regular steel).Checks machine for defects and repairs if necessary.

Ensures machine is calibrated and cleaned.

Reads drawings and blueprints.

Produces parts for assembly operations.

Meets customer specifications and delivery requirements.

Programs the CNC to produce new parts meeting specifications.

Performs spot inspections of parts.

Performs all required routine and minor maintenance activities according to procedures.

Complete and maintain required paperwork.

Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications5-years Press Brake Operator experience - RequiredBasic computer skillsRead drawings and blueprintsWalk, stand, bend, stoop, reach and lift to 40lbs for the entire shift.

Must have reliable transportation.
