Press Break Operator Weekends Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $19.00 /hour Full Time work available Weekend Shift (Friday through Sunday from 06:00am to 06:00pm)

•Press Brake Operator Weekends

•Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Read and accurately interpret work orders, production schedules, and engineering blueprints to determine material requirements, machine settings, and final product specifications. Set up press brake machines Operate, position, align, and secure workpieces against fixtures or stops on machine beds or dies to perform various operations such as sawing, cutting, shearing, slitting, punching, crimping, notching, bending, or straightening metal. Adjust machine speeds, forces, and back gauges, and utilize both gauges and CNC controls to make precise adjustments for optimal operation and product quality. Measure completed workpieces using precision tools measuring to standards and blueprint specifications. Examine workpieces thoroughly for any defects or non-conformances and report findings as necessary. Manually lift dies and workpieces to machines as part of the setup and operating process.

Press Break Operator Weekends Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively. Proficiency in using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and tape measures. Proven experience operating press brake machinery. Ability to frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
