Job Description

Please do not apply unless you have a minimum of 1 year experience as a press brake operator. We will not be interviewing candidates with less than 1 year of experience. CCRM is a non-profit reentry employment organization helping those in Northern Kentucky to achieve meaningful long-term employment. This position is for second shift working Monday through Thursday from 3:30 PM to 2:30 AM with required training for certification on first shift for approximately the first 3 to 4 months.

Duties:

Perform set up for press brake to ensure safety and quality of work
Operate and maintain machines used in the production process
Set up machines according to specifications and ensure proper functioning
Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or malfunctions
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
Inspect finished products for quality control and make adjustments as necessary
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

Experience setting up and operating a brake press
Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar software for machine operation
Knowledge of quality control procedures and ability to perform basic inspections
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Familiarity with tooling and ability to fabricate parts as needed
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Note:

Previous experience as a press brake operator in a manufacturing environment is required.
