Job Description
Please do not apply unless you have a minimum of 1 year experience as a press brake operator. We will not be interviewing candidates with less than 1 year of experience. CCRM is a non-profit reentry employment organization helping those in Northern Kentucky to achieve meaningful long-term employment. This position is for second shift working Monday through Thursday from 3:30 PM to 2:30 AM with required training for certification on first shift for approximately the first 3 to 4 months.

- Perform set up for press brake to ensure safety and quality of work
- Operate and maintain machines used in the production process
- Set up machines according to specifications and ensure proper functioning
- Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Inspect finished products for quality control and make adjustments as necessary
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Experience setting up and operating a brake press
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar software for machine operation
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and ability to perform basic inspections
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with tooling and ability to fabricate parts as needed
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Note:
Previous experience as a press brake operator in a manufacturing environment is required.Job Type:
