Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining press brake machines to shape sheet metal with precision and efficiency. Your expertise in metal fabrication, machine operation, and technical blueprint interpretation will ensure the production of high-quality components that meet strict safety and quality standards. Duties Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal according to technical drawings and specifications Interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and shop math to determine proper tooling and machine settings Measure finished parts using precision measurement instruments to ensure adherence to quality standards Adjust machine parameters for optimal performance and troubleshoot issues during operation Perform routine maintenance, safety checks, and tooling changes on press brake equipment Collaborate with team members on fabrication projects involving CNC laser cutting, plasma cutting, CNC milling machines, CNC lathe, and welding processes Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of hand tools, measuring devices, and safety gear during all machining activities Skills Extensive knowledge of press brake machine operation and setup procedures Proficiency in CNC programming and operation for various manufacturing equipment such as CNC laser cutters, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and plasma cutters Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately Skilled in measuring and inspecting parts using precision measurement tools for quality control purposes Familiarity with fabrication techniques including sheet metal forming, welding, stamping presses, and electrical discharge machining (EDM) Ability to utilize shop math effectively for machining calculations and measurements Experience with safety standards in production environments and adherence to safety protocols at all times Competence in using hand tools, forming machines, tooling setups, and assembly processes for metal fabrication projects Join our team if you're passionate about precision machining, metal fabrication, and delivering top-tier quality! Pay:
