NW Industrial Staffing is currently seeking Press Brake Operator for a state-of-the-art facility in Eugene that specializes in custom fabrication, machining, and industrial finishing. If you are a detail-oriented professional with expertise in press brake operations and a passion for precision manufacturing, What we are seeking in qualified candidates: 1+ year in operating press brake machines. Experience setting up and operating press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal into various shapes. Excellent math and measurement skills (calipers and micrometers) Experience in sheet metal fabrication and some quality inspection. Experience in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and schematics accurately. Familiarity with CNC machinery and programming. Strong attention to detail and quality inspection skills. The ability to stand, bend, stoop, push, and pull for an 10-hour shift Ability to lift 60 lbs. on a semi consistent basis. Monitor the production process to ensure accuracy and quality of formed parts. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with the programming team to optimize machine settings for efficient production.
