If you take pride in precise work and know your way around a bend sequence, we want to talk to you. Openings 1st Shift (1 opening): Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 2nd Shift (1 opening): Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with a $1.00/hour shift premium What You'll Do Set up and calibrate CNC press brake equipment, including tooling selection, bend allowances, back gauge adjustments, and die configurations Form metal parts to blueprints, specifications, and production schedules Modify machine programs and parameters to maintain dimensional accuracy Inspect parts before, during, and after production runs using calipers, protractors, height gauges, and other precision tools Interpret blueprints, bend diagrams, and flat pattern layouts Document work and access drawings and production data in company systems What You Bring Minimum of three years of experience operating CNC press brake equipment Proficiency in CNC programming and computer use Ability to read blueprints and CAD drawings, including bend angles and dimensional information Strong math skills, including fractional and decimal calculations and basic geometry Proficiency in metallurgy, sheet metal properties, spring back, and thickness charts Thorough knowledge of safe press brake operation Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Physical Requirements Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Stand for extended periods, up to 10 hours per shift Work around moving machinery and noise, using required PPE Why Work at CVG 75+ years of stability, family-owned 80 hours vacation at hire + 9 paid holidays 401(k) with 50% match on 6%, immediately vested Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Monday through Friday, $1.00/hour second shift premium If you're an experienced press brake operator looking for steady hours, strong benefits, and a team that values precision, apply today and help us build the future of electric vehicles.
