Seasonal Production & Fulfillment Positions (Day & Night Positions Available) We are growing and need to fill several temporary, seasonal 4th quarter positions in our Fulfillment Department and Printing Press Department. Benton Lane is a high-volume, digital print production shop primarily producing wallpaper and wrapping paper. We are passionate about print and aim to produce the highest quality products we can within our market. We are looking for hardworking people who are comfortable or familiar with a production environment and passionate about what they do. These positions will run through December 15th and are a great opportunity for anyone looking to earn extra money during the holiday season. 1. Printing Press Operator Responsibilities may include: Helping prepare and operate printing presses. Loading materials and adjusting machine settings. Monitoring the press during production. Checking finished products for quality. Making basic adjustments as needed. Keeping the work area clean and safe. Communicating with leads, managers, and coworkers. Cutter Operator Responsibilities may include: Loading and operating the

cutting machine. Setting up the machine to cut paper products to the required size. Monitoring the machine while it is running. Checking finished products for proper size and quality. Making basic machine adjustments as trained. Reporting machine or product issues to a lead or supervisor. Keeping the machine and work area clean and organized. Physical ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 70 pounds Requirements Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is not required . All employees will receive training for their assigned position. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment. Must be able to follow instructions and safety procedures. Must have good attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Teamwork is important. Employees may be asked to assist in other areas when needed. We are looking for people who are willing to work hard, learn new skills, and be part of a team. No previous production experience is required—we will train you!
