We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bindery Operator to join our production team. Job Responsibilities Operate bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and inserting equipment Assemble printed materials into finished products (books, brochures, manuals, etc.) Inspect finished pieces for quality and accuracy Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on bindery equipment Follow production schedules and meet deadlines Work closely with the pressroom and finishing team to ensure smooth workflow Maintain a clean and organized work area Comply with all safety and company policies Qualifications Previous experience in bindery or similar production environment preferred (but not required) Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication skills and a team-player attitude Willingness to learn and take direction Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company profit sharing component Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement and training
