Essential Duties and Responsibilities A print operator must run printing and cutting equipment daily. Ensure that any necessary equipment for the order functions safely and effectively
- Report any issues to supervisor Perform maintenance on both single and double bed presses
- Daily A.M and P.M maintenance Monitor ink swabs, UV liquid, coolant, and other necessary materials Empty ink reservoir on a daily basis for double bed press and once a month on single bed press Obtain approved sample from Project Manager
- Store for future runs as a reference Monitor print quality and adjust accordingly to obtain best print results Monitor temperature and humidity levels
- log results for records in shared files Monitor ink levels for both single and double bed presses
- log results for record in shared files Ensure that correct counts of the finished goods are recorded 5

keep area clear of unnecessary materials Request and lay-out material to provide effective printing rates Ensure that all blue card reporting is accurate Report print shop materials inventory to supervisor Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Candidate must read and write in English Competent math, computer, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills Good practical skills and knowledge of machinery Candidate must be able to lift sheets of plastic and paper that weigh as much as 10 lbs. Candidate needs to have excellent color vision Experience in working in a production print shop Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Pay:
$17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
