The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various printing processes and bindery operations, ensuring that all projects meet the highest quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to producing exceptional printed materials. Duties Operate and maintain bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, and die cutters to produce high-quality printed products. Collaborate with prepress and graphic design teams to ensure accurate layout design and color management throughout the production process. Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Operate forklifts for material handling as necessary during production processes. Requirements Experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on print is highly desirable. Strong understanding of typography and layout design principles. Ability to perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and machinery. Previous experience in quality control processes within the printing industry is a plus. Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
