Duties Operate large-format printers, digital presses, flexo presses, and screen printing equipment with precision and confidence Interpret production documents accurately to ensure correct material handling and print specifications Manage color management processes to achieve consistent, vibrant color output across all printed materials Perform mechanical adjustments and routine maintenance on industrial equipment to optimize performance and prevent downtime Execute paper cutting, binding, and finishing tasks such as trimming, folding, and binding to produce finished products Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process, ensuring color accuracy, print clarity, and adherence to design specifications Utilize prepress software and graphic design tools within Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software for layout adjustments and troubleshooting Skills Strong understanding of print production processes including digital printing, flexo press operation, and screen printing techniques Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for layout and image editing Knowledge of color management principles to maintain consistency across various print runs Mechanical knowledge of industrial equipment adjustment and maintenance routines for printers and finishing machines Experience interpreting complex manufacturing or print advertising documents with attention to detail Ability to operate cutting tools, paper binding machines, and perform machining tasks accurately Familiarity with prepress software for preparing files for production and troubleshooting technical issues This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in a vibrant manufacturing environment while producing visually compelling printed materials.
