Production Supervisor Build Quality Architectural Wood Products Pacific Architectural Wood Products is seeking a skilled and dependable Woodworking Machine Setter/Tender to help manufacture high-quality architectural wood products. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor woodworking equipment to ensure products meet quality standards while maintaining safe and efficient production processes. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor woodworking machinery, including routers, sanders, planers, shapers, lathes, drill presses, and CNC equipment when required. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work orders, and production specifications. Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Verify dimensions using measuring devices, gauges, templates, and visual inspections. Install, adjust, and replace tooling, including blades, cutters, sanding belts, and bits. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate equipment concerns to supervisors or maintenance personnel. Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic machine maintenance. Package, label, and move completed products to the next stage of production. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Five (5) years of woodworking, machine operation, manufacturing, or related experience preferred. Experience operating manual and computerized woodworking equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail. Knowledge of machine setup, tooling selection, and quality control processes. Experience with CNC equipment or CAD/CAM systems preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Schedule:
