Job Description:

Are you looking for a good job with a great schedule? We are hiring a Glass Cutting Machine Operator to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will learn how to run machines that cut and handle glass safely and correctly.

Responsibilities:

Set up and run automated glass cutting machines. Load glass sheets onto the machine table carefully. Check measurements to make sure cuts match customer orders. Inspect finished glass for cracks, chips, or scratches. Unload cut glass and stack it safely on racks. Keep your work area clean, neat, and safe. Follow all safety rules and wear protective equipment.

Education:

High School Experience:

6 months

Experience:

At least 6 months of experience in a factory, warehouse, or manufacturing setting.

Physical:

Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs) Standing / Walking Repetitive Motion Bending / Stooping / Kneeling Manual Dexterity Pushing /

Pulling Skills:

Physical Ability:

Able to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 40 pounds.

Basic Skills:

Able to read a tape measure and follow written instructions.

Reliability:

Good attendance and arriving on time for early morning starts.
