Elipticon Wood Products is growing, and we're looking for a dependable Spray Line Operator to join our Finishing Department on 3rd shift! What You'll Do As a Spray Line Operator, you'll operate our SuperFici finishing machine and help ensure our wood products meet quality and production standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Operating the SuperFici finishing machine Loading and unloading wood products safely and efficiently Setting up and adjusting the machine according to production requirements Monitoring the finishing process to ensure consistent quality and appearance Inspecting finished products and identifying quality issues Following production schedules and completing work orders accurately Making machine adjustments as needed to maintain quality and production standards Cleaning and performing routine maintenance on the machine and work area Following all safety procedures and required PPE Working with teammates to meet daily production and quality goals What We're Looking For What We're Looking For Experience in machine operation, manufacturing, or a related environment preferred, willing to train the right candidate Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset Team-oriented, dependable, and driven Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment with frequent and extended periods of bending, standing, and reaching above head level Comfortable with basic math, fractions, decimals, and measurements Ability to accurately read a tape measure High school diploma or equivalent preferred Forklift certification a plus (training provided) Work Environment & Physical Demands Active manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment with frequent and extended periods of bending, standing, and reaching above shoulder/head level Use of PPE required, including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and respirators (must be able to be medically cleared to wear a respirator) Exposure to wood dust, coatings, and finishing materials Occasional use of hand and power tools Why You'll Love Working Here At Elipticon, our values guide everything we do:
