As a Punch Press Operator , you will be responsible for operating and maintaining robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality welds on various metal components . Responsibilities of the

Punch Press Operator :

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot robotic welding machines according to established procedures and specifications Inspect materials and components to ensure proper alignment and fit before welding Monitor welds for consistency and quality, making adjustments as needed to meet production standards Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on welding robots and related equipment Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment Record production data, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered during welding operations Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge of robotic welding technologies

Punch Press Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required At least 2 years punch press operator experience Previous experience as a punch press operator, advanced skilled preferred Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and work in a variety of conditions Effective communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with team members Pay for

$ 20-25 /hour , based on experience .
