Responsibilities Set up, calibrate, and operate screen printing machines to ensure precise color matching and image reproduction Manage color consistency across multiple print runs by utilizing color management techniques and tools Interpret production documents, including layout designs and technical specifications, to execute print jobs accurately Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on industrial equipment, including large-format printers and flexo presses, to optimize performance Conduct quality control inspections throughout the printing process to identify and correct issues promptly Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite and prepress software to prepare files for printing Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Requirements Proven experience operating screen printing equipment or similar industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machine issues efficiently Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and prepress tools Knowledge of color management principles and print advertising standards Ability to interpret complex production documents and technical specifications accurately Skills in layout design, typography, cutting, paper binding, and digital printing are advantageous Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control and precision in print output Join us as a Screen Printing Operator and bring your technical skills into a fast-paced, creative manufacturing setting!
