Aztec Embroidery & Screen Printing is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our production team. This is a full-time, hands-on production position. Previous screen-printing experience is preferred, particularly experience operating an automatic press. Responsibilities Set up and print garments using an automatic screen-printing press Prepare and burn screens for production Reclaim, clean, and prepare screens for reuse Set up jobs and ensure proper registration, ink placement, and print quality Monitor print quality throughout production runs Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with general shop organization and maintenance Follow production schedules and complete jobs accurately and on time Identify and communicate potential production or quality issues Qualifications Previous s creen-printing experience preferred Experience operating an automatic screen-printing press is a strong plus Strong attention to detail and quality Organized and able to keep work areas and production materials in order Dependable and able to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to follow job specifications and production schedules Willingness to learn and improve production skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
