We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full time Screen Print Press Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience with automatic presses and possess strong technical skills to set up, operate, and troubleshoot. This role involves working in a fast paced environment to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards. Starting pay is $18/hour depending on level of experience. Hours are Mon.-Thurs. 7:30a-5:00p, Fri. 7:30a-11:30, occasional overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities:

Set up screens/register on the press, then tear down after job completion. Mix and prepare inks according to job specifications. Operate automatic screen printing presses efficiently. Ensure production deadlines are met without compromising quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area. Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize down time. Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Screen printing processes, inks and garments. Detail orientated with strong time management skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions in English. Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team. Self movitivated with problem solving abilities. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.

Physical Requirements:

Great physical stamina and manual dexterity. Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts. Ability to lift, lower, or carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Capable of bending, squatting, crawling, climbing and reaching as needed. Able to withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environment where temperatures vary. Must be
