Powder Coating Lead ROLE:

This position's primary function will be screen printing (silk-screening) and powder coating but there may be other tasks associated with the coating process that will be required based on the needs of the department management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with your teammates in our Powder Coating department to meet customers' needs. Following best practices and specified procedures with respect to screen printing and powder coating. Proper interaction with our ERP system (JobBoss) and our Quality Database (uniPoint). Keep your work area clean and organized. Produce good parts on-time. You are responsible for the quality of every part you produce. As with all who work at Inland, help your fellow departments as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Experience in screen printing is required, and powder coating is preferred. Ability to function productively in a manufacturing environment is required. Ability to read blueprints preferred Physical strength to repeatably lift and carry 25 lbs
