You'll run our sheetfed offset presses — a 6-color Heidelberg Speedmaster SM52 and a 2-color Hamada 660-CD — producing high-quality wine labels and commercial print work. This is a hands-on role for a press operator who takes pride in clean, accurate, on-spec work and is comfortable pitching in on the finishing side when the press schedule allows.

Monday - Friday, day shift What You'll Do Set up and operate a 6-color Heidelberg Speedmaster SM52 and a 2-color Hamada 660-CD, including makeready, plate mounting, and ink/water balance. Monitor print quality throughout each run — color match, registration, consistency — and make adjustments as needed to stay on spec. Read and follow job tickets, proofs, and customer specifications accurately. Perform routine press cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting to keep equipment running smoothly. Assist with bindery/finishing work (cutting, folding, drilling, padding, etc.) when press work is not scheduled. Track production quantities, waste, and job status; keep accurate records. Follow all shop safety procedures and keep the press area organized. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating similar sheetfed offset presses (Heidelberg Speedmaster, Hamada, or comparable equipment). Solid understanding of color, ink/water balance, and press makeready procedures. Ability to read job tickets and proofs and catch quality issues before they become problems. Mechanical aptitude and comfort troubleshooting minor press issues. Willingness to help with finishing/bindery tasks between print jobs. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well as part of a small production team.

Compensation & Benefits Pay:

$28.00 - $33.00 per hour, depending on experience. Competitive benefits package. Full-time, Monday - Friday day shift.
