In this fast-paced role, you will support the entire printing process—from preparing digital files to operating advanced printing machinery—ensuring every project meets our rigorous standards. Responsibilities Operate large-format printers, digital presses, and screen printing equipment with precision and care. Manage color consistency through effective color management techniques and prepress software. Interpret production documents accurately to ensure correct material handling, cutting, binding, and finishing processes. Perform routine maintenance and mechanical adjustments on industrial equipment to optimize performance. Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process to uphold high standards of output. Assist with layout design, typography, and print advertising projects using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Support prepress activities including file preparation, proofing, and troubleshooting technical issues related to print production. Requirements Proven experience with machine operation in a manufacturing or print shop environment. Strong knowledge of color management, graphic design principles, and layout design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and prepress software. Mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment adjustment and maintenance. Familiarity with digital printing technology, large-format printers, flexo presses, and screen printing processes. Ability to interpret complex production documents accurately and follow detailed instructions. Excellent technical proficiency combined with a keen eye for quality control and attention to detail.
