Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HP Indigo Digital Press Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining HP Indigo digital printing presses, ensuring high-quality output, and supporting various printing projects. This role requires a strong understanding of print production processes, color management, and prepress operations to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Duties Operate HP Indigo digital presses with precision, adhering to production schedules and quality standards Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on digital printing equipment to minimize downtime Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process to ensure color accuracy, registration, and overall print quality Collaborate with graphic designers and production teams on print advertising projects, ensuring specifications are met Assist with setup and calibration of presses for different print jobs, including flexo press adjustments when necessary Maintain detailed records of print jobs, materials used, and machine performance for reporting purposes Support additional manufacturing tasks such as CNC machining or flexo press operations as needed Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Experience 2+ years operating digital or conventional web printing equipment. HP Indigo experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of color consistency, registration, and defect detection. Ability to follow SOPs, job tickets, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience on web‑fed HP Indigo platforms. Experience in packaging, labels, or roll‑to‑roll converting environments. Familiarity with digital front ends, workflow tools, and basic color theory.
