At American Games, you'll produce charitable gaming products-including pull-tab tickets, bingo paper and bingo dabbers-that help organizations across North America raise millions of dollars for their communities. What You'll Do As a Web Press Operator, you'll be responsible for operating high-speed web printing presses, maintaining outstanding print quality, troubleshooting equipment and supporting efficient production while helping develop the next generation of press operators.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Set up, operate and maintain high-speed web printing presses. Monitor press performance and make adjustments to ensure optimal print quality and production efficiency. Read and follow production schedules, job tickets and customer specifications. Perform quality inspections throughout production to ensure products meet company and customer standards. Troubleshoot mechanical and printing issues to minimize downtime and maintain workflow. Maintain accurate production records, press settings and work center documentation. Train, mentor, and provide day-to-day guidance to assigned press apprentices. Recommend process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste and improve overall efficiency. Maintain equipment and work areas in accordance with company safety and housekeeping standards. Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality and Leadership teams to achieve production goals. Promote a safe, positive and team-oriented work environment. Other duties as required. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with leadership, takes ownership of their work and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 2 to 5 years of web press or commercial printing experience. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot printing equipment. Experience operating and maintaining web printing presses. Ability to read job tickets, production schedules and printing specifications. Previous experience leading, mentoring or directing team members is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Moderate to advanced computer skills with the ability to learn new software and production systems. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to prioritize work, solve problems and make sound decisions under pressure. Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on safety, efficiency and quality. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. Ability to work well in a diverse environment.
