Duties Operate a variety of printing presses such as large-format printers, flexo presses, and screen printing machines to produce high-quality printed products. Manage color accuracy through effective color management techniques to ensure consistent and vibrant output across all projects. Interpret production documents accurately to set up machines, adjust settings, and troubleshoot issues during the printing process. Perform routine mechanical knowledge tasks including machine operation, industrial equipment adjustment, and machining to maintain optimal press performance. Conduct quality control checks throughout the production cycle to identify defects or inconsistencies and implement corrective actions promptly. Collaborate with graphic design teams using Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design software to prepare files for print, ensuring proper layout design and typography. Handle post-printing processes such as cutting, paper binding, and finishing to deliver polished final products aligned with client specifications. Qualifications Proven experience operating various printing equipment including large-format printers, flexo presses, or digital printing machines. Strong technical proficiency with prepress software and an understanding of print production workflows. Knowledge of color management principles and experience with graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite. Mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment adjustment, machining, and press operation. Familiarity with print advertising standards, layout design principles, typography, and quality control procedures. Ability to interpret complex production documents accurately and follow detailed instructions precisely.
