We're looking for a skilled, efficient Screen Printer to join our crew part-time with room to grow into a full-time production lead.

The Role:

This is a part-time, production-focused role working on a manual press . You'll be responsible for setting up, running, and breaking down print jobs with a sharp eye for detail and a fast, steady pace. We use puff ink and specialty finishes regularly—so real experience with those is a must. If you take pride in clean registration, crisp prints, and moving through jobs without wasted time or materials, this is your lane.

What You'll Do:

Set up and run manual press screen printing jobs from start to finish Mix inks, including puff, metallic, and other specialty finishes Maintain fast, consistent print quality across short runs and high-volume orders Tackle job prep (screens, taping, flashing) and keep things flowing smoothly Diagnose and correct printing issues without slowing production Keep your space clean, stocked, and efficient Communicate with the production team to keep timelines tight and expectations met

What We're Looking For:

Experienced screen printer with confidence on manual press (required) Proven skill with puff and specialty inks Deep understanding of ink behavior, mesh count, screen tension, curing temps, etc. Able to keep a steady, productive pace without compromising detail High attention to quality control—even when the clock is ticking Solid communicator and team player with a no-drama, get-it-done mentality Ready to grow—this role can evolve into a full-time production lead position
