Anagram International is looking for a Lead Press Operator who knows flexo printing inside and out — and who's ready to share that expertise with the rest of the team. As our Night Shift Lead Press Operator, you'll run a top-of-the-line wide-web gearless sleeve flexo press at peak speed and quality, while also being the go-to person other Operators turn to for setup help, troubleshooting, and know-how. You'll help train the next generation of Press Helpers and Operators, keep quality and safety on point, and take real ownership of your machine and your shift. What You'll Do

• Run the show: independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot a multi-color wide-web flexo press at optimal speed without sacrificing quality.
• Dial in the details: tone and match solvent-based inks, fine-tune doctor blade chambers, and keep ink viscosity on spec.
• Lead by example: help other Operators with setups and changeovers, train new Press Helpers, and be the first call when something needs troubleshooting.
• Keep things running: perform routine maintenance, catch equipment issues early, and keep your workstation clean and organized.
• Champion safety: model safe practices and reinforce plant safety standards on every shift. What You'll Bring
• High school diploma or GED, plus 2+ years of hands-on flexographic press experience (3-5+ years with lead or supervisory experience is a plus).
• A knack for mentoring — you enjoy showing others the ropes.
• Sharp mechanical instincts, a good eye for color, and comfort with basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to read job tickets, blueprints, and measurements, and to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.
• Physical readiness for a hands-on floor role: frequent lifting up to 75 lbs, occasional loads up to 200 lbs, and a lot of standing and moving throughout your shift.

Schedule & Pay Full-time, hourly, rotating 12-hour night shifts (6:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.).

Pay range:

$28.00-$35.00 per hour, based on experience plus $2.00 night differential.
