•38 per hour Position Overview A growing, well-established company in the Fridley area is seeking experienced Flexo Operators to join its production team. Candidates with narrow-web flexographic label printing experience are strongly preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled press operators who take pride in producing high-quality printed labels, maintaining color consistency, and ensuring efficient press operations. Preferred Experience Experience operating Mark Andy 2200 or Webtron flexographic printing presses. Background in narrow-web label printing. Job Requirements and Responsibilities Approximately 2 years of roll-to-roll flexographic printing experience. Experience with UV printing on 6-10 color press units, with web widths up to 16 inches. Ability to mount printing plates, mix inks, and maintain accurate, consistent colors. Perform routine press maintenance to support reliable equipment operation. Set up and adjust presses to meet job specifications and production requirements. Monitor print quality throughout production and make adjustments as needed. Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure consistent, high-quality output.

Compensation and Schedule Pay:

$20

•38 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Available shifts:

2nd shift and 12-hour night shift.
