Full Job Description Screen Printing Production Associate Starting Pay:

$15.00/hour Job Overview We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our screen printing production team. This position involves working in a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential. If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality products, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Operate both manual and automatic screen printing presses. Burn, reclaim, and clean screens for production. Mix ink colors to match production requirements. Perform quality control inspections to ensure prints meet company standards. Count and verify production quantities for accuracy. Heat press shirts and other apparel as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including general shop cleaning. Assist with other production tasks as assigned. Qualifications Previous screen printing experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team. Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential to keep production running on schedule. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a warm shop environment, especially during the summer months. This is a hands-on production position for someone who enjoys staying busy, learning new skills, and contributing to a team that takes pride in producing quality work.
