Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Screen Printing Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials that meet precise specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency, an understanding of color management, and experience with graphic design software to ensure vibrant, accurate prints. Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate screen printing machinery, ensuring proper alignment and calibration for each job Interpret production documents and specifications accurately to execute printing tasks efficiently Manage color consistency through effective color management techniques and monitor color accuracy throughout production Perform routine maintenance and mechanical adjustments on industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to prepare artwork files for printing Conduct quality control checks on printed materials, identifying and addressing any defects or inconsistencies Assist with prepress processes, including layout design, film cutting, and paper binding as needed Operate large-format printers and digital printing equipment for diverse project requirements Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety standards and manufacturing best practices Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues promptly and improve workflow efficiency Experience Proven experience operating screen printing machinery within a manufacturing or print shop environment Strong understanding of color management principles and graphic design fundamentals Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and prepress software Mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment adjustment and maintenance Familiarity with large-format printers, digital printing technologies, and flexo presses is desirable Ability to interpret production documents accurately and follow detailed instructions Knowledge of print advertising standards, typography, layout design, and quality control procedures Experience in machining or working with industrial equipment is advantageous Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards If you are passionate about print manufacturing, possess technical proficiency across various printing technologies, and thrive in a collaborative setting, we encourage you to apply.
