Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Screen Printing Production Manager to oversee day-to-day production at an established apparel screen-printing company.
This is a hands-on leadership role. The ideal candidate has strong experience with automatic screen-printing presses, understands the full screen-printing process, and can lead a production team while keeping jobs on schedule and meeting quality standards.
What You'll DoOversee daily screen-printing production and workflowPlan and manage production schedules to meet customer deadlinesSet up and oversee multi-color screen-printing jobsOperate, maintain, and troubleshoot automatic screen-printing pressesPrepare screens through burning, coating, exposing, reclaiming, and maintenanceMonitor print quality and minimize waste and reworkLead, train, and coordinate production employeesWork with Sales and Design to coordinate upcoming ordersMonitor inventory and production materialsTroubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance when neededTrack production performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiencyMaintain a safe and organized production environmentWhat We're Looking For7-10+ years of professional screen-printing experience, with significant hands-on experience operating and setting up automatic screen-printing pressesExperience setting up and running multi-color screen-printing jobsStrong knowledge of screen preparation, coating, exposing, and reclaimingExperience troubleshooting screen-printing equipmentM&R equipment experience is preferredPrevious production leadership or management experienceStrong organizational and scheduling skillsExcellent attention to detail and qualityAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced production environmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift and move production materialsAbility to perform repetitive tasksComfortable working around production equipmentBenefitsFull-time, approximately 40 hours/weekPaid time offHands-on leadership role with an established screen-printing companyOpportunity to improve production processes and contribute directly to company growth
