Screen Printer We're looking for a Machine Screen printer to join a fast-paced team where precision, creativity, and hands-on skills come together! If you've got experience running screen printing equipment, a sharp eye for color and quality, and enjoy keeping production moving, this could be the perfect fit for you! Prior printing experience is preferred but not required! Responsibilities of the Screen Printer Set up and operate a semi-automatic screen print press Prepare and mix inks to achieve the desired colors and consistency Load and unload materials onto the printing machine Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on equipment Ensure production targets and deadlines are met Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform other duties as needed or assigned Qualifications of the Screen Printer Proven experience as a Machine Screenprinter. Proficiency in screen printing techniques and equipment operation. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to mix and match colors accurately. Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills for printing equipment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Ability to stand throughout your shift and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally The Screen Printer works Monday through Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm for $18.50-$19/hour. We look forward to hearing from you!
