The ideal candidate will have a strong background in envelope printing, with 3-5 years of hands-on experience operating Halm Jet presses. This role involves managing the printing process from setup to completion, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining efficient workflow in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Operate and oversee the Halm Jet Envelope Press for both 2-color and 4-color printing jobs. Set up presses according to job specifications, including color registration, ink adjustments, and paper handling. Monitor the printing process to ensure consistent quality and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency. Inspect finished envelopes for quality standards, including color accuracy, registration, and overall print quality. Maintain accurate production records and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of experience operating Halm Jet Envelope Presses or similar envelope printing equipment. Proven ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot 2-color and 4-color envelope presses. Strong understanding of color registration, ink mixing, and print quality control. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Knowledge of safety procedures related to printing equipment operation. Pay:
