In this pivotal role, you will lead a small team of production staff, ensure high-quality output, and maintain efficient workflows across multiple printing projects. Your expertise in screen printing techniques, machinery operation, and quality control will drive the success of our manufacturing process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence product quality and innovation in a fast-paced, creative environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the daily operations of the screen printing team, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot screen printing presses, and other industrial equipment to optimize performance Oversee the preparation of printing materials, including color management, layout design, and prepress processes using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Interpret production documents and specifications accurately to ensure precise execution of print projects Conduct quality control inspections throughout the production process to identify and resolve issues promptly Coordinate with graphic designers and prepress teams to ensure accurate translation of designs onto print media Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment to promote efficient manufacturing practices Requirements Proven experience in screen printing Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to adjust industrial equipment for optimal output Proficiency with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and prepress software for layout and color management Ability to interpret complex production documents and technical specifications accurately Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising manufacturing or production teams Physical ability to stand for extended periods and operate heavy machinery safely Lead and direct a team of people to meet daily production timelines Perform job checks to meet quality standards Willingness to work in any position on production floor to meet daily production Ensure everyone maintains a safe, and clean work area Conduct daily and monthly production meetings Lead and implement continuous improvement projects We're committed to fostering a vibrant environment where your skills can thrive!
