We are seeking a qualified Flexo Press Operator to set up, adjust, maintain, and operate our printing press. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following duties: Operating and maintaining flexographic printing presses Review job orders to make necessary adjustments to the printing machines Install components and supplies, such as ink rollers, and printing plates, according to job specifications Test inks and paints on the printing surface to ensure their suitability Oversee the production of printed materials, including the printing and racking processes, to ensure they meet specifications and are completed on schedule. Performing routine maintenance Troubleshoot equipment issues, including addressing abnormal noises. Clean the printing press and its peripherals.

Required Skills and Experience:
