Job Overview Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled HP Indigo Digitial Press Operator to join a local production team. The candidate will operate the HP Indigo press to produce high-quality printed labels and ensure efficient, consistent, and timely production. This role requires an eye for detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain the press.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor the HP Indigo 6800 digital press. Perform quality checks including color matching and print consistency. Conduct routine maintenance and resolve press-related issues promptly. Manage digital job files and configure press settings as per specifications. Meet production targets while minimizing waste and following safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of production, quality, and maintenance. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and problem resolution.

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on experience operating an HP Indigo Digital Press (Series 4 or higher) Preferably within the label and packaging industry Understanding of digital printing processes and RIP software. Strong eye for color accuracy and print quality. Physical ability to lift materials and stand for long periods. Proven troubleshooting and press adjustment skills. Effective communication and teamwork skills. #
