The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating screen printing equipment, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and can maintain a fast, consistent production pace. Responsibilities Operate and maintain apparel screen printing equipment. Set up jobs, screens, inks, and substrates according to production specifications. Produce consistent, high-quality prints while meeting production deadlines. Perform quality checks throughout the printing process. Troubleshoot printing issues and make adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow production schedules and job specifications. Work effectively as part of a production team. Qualifications Previous professional apparel screen printing experience required. Strong knowledge of screen printing processes, inks, registration, and print quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, dependable, and able to work well with others. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of a production environment. Digital squeegee experience is a plus.
