Job Description

2nd Pressman (Night Shift)

Location:

Cedar Hill, TX Pay:

$25-$30 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM We are seeking an experienced 2nd Pressman to join our night shift team in Cedar Hill, TX. This position will support press operations on a Komori offset presses.

Responsibilities:

Assist Lead Pressman in setup, operation, and maintenance of offset presses Prepare plates, inks, and materials for production runs Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments Maintain proper registration, color consistency, and overall press performance Perform routine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized Follow safety procedures and production schedules

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a 2nd Pressman on multi-color offset presses required Experience with 6-color and/or 8-color presses, plus UV Strong understanding of ink, paper, and press mechanics Ability to work 12-hour night shifts Detail-oriented with strong mechanical aptitude Team player with good communication skills This is a full-time, stable opportunity offering competitive hourly pay based on experience.
