$33.00-$36.00 per hour Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Pressman to join our team in Midlothian, TX. This is a direct-hire opportunity for a skilled printing professional with strong troubleshooting abilities and experience operating large-format offset presses. Responsibilities Follow written job instructions and properly set up the press for production. Operate and troubleshoot press equipment to ensure efficient production. Maintain a thorough understanding of press functions and maintenance procedures. Assist with the operation of a 40-inch Komori press. Experience with Heidelberg or KBA presses is also acceptable. Perform duties of other press crew positions as needed, including assisting the 2nd Pressman and Feeder Operator. Operate various pieces of equipment throughout the pressroom as required. Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and frequently lift or carry up to 25 pounds. UV or conventional ink printing experience. Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Willingness to assist in all areas of pressroom operations. Safety Requirements Follow all plant and pressroom safety policies and procedures. Ensure crew members, including the 2nd Pressman and Feeder Operator, comply with all safety requirements. Quality Expectations Interpret color bars, star targets, side guide marks, and slur indicators to maintain print quality.
