Screen Printing Operator We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Screen Print Operators to join our client's fast-paced production team in Appleton. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining silk screen printing machinery to produce high-quality custom apparel and promotional merchandise. Responsibilities Press Setup & Alignment:

Set up screens, squeegees, floodbars, and registration on automatic and manual screen printing presses.

Ink & Color Management:

Mix, load, and adjust inks according to job specifications and PMS color matching standards.

Quality Control:

Continuously inspect printed items throughout each run for print clarity, proper ink coverage, accurate alignment, and correct cure temperatures.

Machine Operation:

Run production jobs efficiently while maintaining quality standards and meeting daily throughput targets.

Qualifications Experience:

1+ years of screen printing or press operation experience preferred (experience with automatic presses like M&R is a plus).

Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude, high attention to detail, and acute color perception.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs regularly.

Work Ethic:

Punctual, reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently as well as within a production team.
