We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Press Operators to join our dynamic team in Madison, WI, 53704. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. If you have a passion for print production and a knack for technology, we want to hear from you! Shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift! Responsibilities •please note that pay rate does not include shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift • Set up and operate digital printing presses to produce a variety of printed materials. Monitor print quality throughout the production process and make necessary adjustments. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment. Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure project specifications are met. Maintain accurate records of production runs, materials used, and any issues encountered. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the printing processes. Qualifications Machine Operator experience, 3-6+ months preferred Proven experience as a Digital Press Operator or similar role, preferred but not required. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. $16-$17 per hour with no experience! We will train! Experienced press operators wage to commensurate with experience! shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift!
