We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Metal Printing Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and maintain advanced metal printers , ensure part quality, and contribute to the production of high-precision metal components. This position plays a key role in delivering innovative parts to the customers of Griffin Armament.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently operate Metal Printing Machinery in accordance with company procedure Follow basic quality control protocol Load build files, prepare print beds, and manage machine setup based on production requirements. Handle and process metal powders safely, including loading, recycling, and disposal per company procedures. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and optimize builds. Perform routine maintenance and calibration on printers to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of additive manufacturing principles, materials, and post-processing techniques. Familiarity with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, CMMs). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. 1-3 years of experience operating metal 3D printers or CNC/machining equipment preferred
