We are seeking experienced Flexographic and Digital Press Operators to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a passion for quality printing. • 10:15PM 3rd Shift > 10:00PM
• 6:15AM (Sunday evening start) Pay Dependent upon Experience Location

2230 Corporate Drive Waukesha, WI 53189 What You Will Do Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic and digital printing presses Ensure accurate color, registration, and print quality Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot press issues Inspect printed materials for consistency and quality Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines and customer expectations Qualifications Experience operating flexographic and/or digital presses preferred Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance 401(K) with Match Quarterly Production Bonus Program Paid Time Off Employee Assistance Program Company Events
