We are currently seeking to build our team by adding a First Shift Press Operator . We are seeking an experienced press operator (offset or digital) who is self-directed, and detailed-oriented with a strong work ethic to join our team. PRESS OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

At least 3 years experience running either digital or offset presses Set up and run press to industry standards Make press adjustments as required to ensure quality standards are met Meet or exceed print efficiency standards Maintain cleanliness of press and press area and perform press maintenance Ability to use PMS color matching book & densitometer to measure dot characteristics Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining the highest quality level Mechanical skills Must be able to work independently and with a team Must have a strong work ethic and be self-motivated Strong attention to detail Help in other production areas as needed Work in other areas as needed Ability to lift 40 pounds.

PRESS OPERATOR REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1-3 years experience running either digital or sheetfed presses High school diploma or GED preferred Prior commercial print shop experience Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all personnel Good verbal and written communication skills to follow job instructions Lift /move up to 40 pounds on a regular basis Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and bending is required throughout the shift Excellent attendance and punctuality required
