Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cabinetry Assembly Engineer to join our skilled team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cabinetry assembly, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing cabinetry. You will play a key role in assembling custom cabinets, ensuring quality craftsmanship, and contributing to the efficiency of our production process. Responsibilities Assemble custom cabinets according to detailed blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings. Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently. Ensure precise measurements, cuts, and joins to maintain high-quality standards. Inspect assembled cabinets for quality, accuracy, and adherence to design specifications. Collaborate with designers, fabricators, and other team members to resolve assembly challenges. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist in optimizing assembly processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in cabinetry assembly or a related woodworking field. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials used in cabinetry. Experience with cabinetry hardware installation (hinges, slides, pulls, etc.). Ability to operate woodworking machinery (e.g., table saws, routers, sanders) safely. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
